Calling all crafters…

First Wednesday in each month 2-4pm

Craft and Chat

This relaxed group will be a chance for like minded people to get together for some good banter and to work on their own current projects. This is what u3a is all about – meeting with like-minded people to follow an interest together, enjoy a laugh together and learn new skills from new friends.

Starting 15th September

Both groups will meet in the Southfield Centre

Third Wednesday in each month 2-4pm

Creative Crafting

The group leader Anne McNeil says, “Join our friendly and informal crafting sessions and be inspired to create and make using textiles, yarns, fibres and other materials. You don’t need any skills or experience and there will always be someone to help you and encourage you to learn something new. Some weeks there will be demonstrations and short projects while at other times you are free to bring anything you are working on and just enjoy a chat! Where necessary materials can be supplied at minimal cost but if you are already a crafter.. it’s time to raid the stash and get creating! We look forward to welcoming you.”
