Who can join?

New members are always welcome. Membership is open to all who are no longer in full-time employment, or are retired or semi-retired, and have a love of learning.

How much does it cost?

The annual subscription is £20. This allows you to join as many groups as you wish, although members of individual groups may be asked to make a small additional donation towards venue hire or for materials and refreshments. The annual subscription also covers your affiliation to the Third Age Trust and U3A Scotland, and a bi-monthly newsletter.

When can I join?

Our enrolment day for the 2019/20 season took place in September, but new members are welcome at any time. Take a look at our Groups page on this website. Some of our most popular groups are full, but several aren’t, so get in touch if there is a group you’d like to know more about. Or why not come along to one of our monthly open meetings? These are free to attend, we host a range of interesting talks on a wide variety of subjects, and you’ll get to meet members of Duns and District U3A.

Please download our Enrolment Form and bring it with you to your first meeting or email your completed form to our Membership Secretary:
