Geology – introduction to landscapes, rocks and fossils:

By looking at landscapes, rocks and fossils, we shall interpret past environments from
deserts, to tropical seas and frozen plains. We shall explore deep time and the exciting
journey, over 400 million years, of the British Isles from south of the Equator to our current latitude.

We shall investigate some of the fabulous geology in the surrounding area with
the aim that participants will be able to interpret the landscapes for themselves.
