Our walks will are approx 6 – 7 miles at a good pace, over some rough ground and usually with a hill. Car-sharing to the start of each walk.
The group carried on throughout the summer and the group leader says,
“We have had good attendances on most walks regardless of the weather. During the last year we endured heavy rain, wild wind and extreme heat but not all on the same day! Most walks have been around seven miles, with a hill and at a good pace. We even enjoyed a tea room visit on our July walk. I’m looking forward to continuing another year of good walks with our friendly group”.
