
Dancing is great fun and a good way to keep fit. Research has shown that dancing can improve balance, coordination and lift your mood.
We will learn a variety of basic tap steps, put them into simple routines using a range of musical styles. From the traditional tunes of the Hollywood musicals of the 1940s, to 1970s disco and contemporary music of today, hopefully there will be something for everyone.
Come along and start your week with us. Make new friends, have fun and keep active.
