Group Leader Ron Whittaker says
“This year I hope to have a varied selection of walks in the local area to suit all abilities, including as last year some reasonably easy hill walk at a reasonable pace. All the walks will be less than around 7 miles in length. I would encourage anyone who is interested and who have a favourite walk to contact me so that their suggestion can be included if possible. It is obvious that the social element is as important as the exercise so endeavours will be made for a suitable watering hole near to the end of the walk, hopefully.”
