It’s a grey January so far this year and with the turmoil in many parts of the world, we hope Duns and District U3A is providing not just light relief, but a feel good factor!
From just a couple of general meetings for interested people, we have progressed to a fully paid-up membership of nearly 160 with some 20 groups meeting regularly. We have held three monthly meetings in the Volunteer Hall and all have been very well attended.
Thanks to Deborah and Wynne in the Steering Group for gathering and editing all the contributions. If you have an item for our next newsletter, please send to dunsu3a@gmail.com.
Don’t forget the next monthly meeting on TUESDAY 12th FEBRUARY at the Volunteer Hall when Eric Branse-Instone will be speaking about Understanding Historic Buildings
This meeting is open to all – members and non-members. Tea and coffee from 10 am for 10:30 am.
